My unit keep losing the signal, requiring rebooting. Still under warranty, Samsung said they would replace it, but it was on backorder. 2 months later (and without any satellite signal to my main TV)and no new unit, I call them and come to find out that

I am not here to write a review about the product(dvr, receivers ect....) I am here to write a review about the service. Direct TV is the worst company ever!!!! They screwed me around so many times. For instance. My bill was promised to be 39.99 a month.
