Website misleading re: including both batteries. Received only one, so I contacted by email. Response pointed out obscure note on website. Asked if I ordered additional battery would they waive shipping fee. After 2 attempts never heard back.

Great selection and prices. Search was worthless and two batteries I bought were crossed as the same but with different pricing. Still satisfied with overall pricing and whatnot.

Budget Batteries had a glitch with their web site at the time I ordered and the payment portion of the site was not working. I thought I was to be billed. They called me and we determined it was easiest to cancel the order and reorder. BB was very polite. (more)

I ordered batteries for a Cobra 2-way radio pr3800. I received batteries for CORBA; not COBRA. The batteries would not even fit into the 2-way radio. I am disappointed the batteries could not be used in the COBRA.

I tried severial times to contact via phone with no luck...I left messages...all I needed was an email conformation that they received may order...nothing...I was very happy to come home to see my order waiting in only a few days...I could suggest email conformations and I would give them a 10. (more)
