Smooooth process.

Sir: I ordered - per your recommended model number - a 256Mb memory module for my HP P3005DN Laser Jet printer. HP requires 144-pin/PC133 SO DIMM DDR memory modules for this printer. Edge (and several other vendors) erroneously recommend a 144-pin/PC23200 DDR2 memory module. Comparing DDR with DDR2: Both are 144-pin modules, with the keying notch in the same position, and both will plug in the same socket. But electrically they are incompatible. JEDEC and other sites prove the voltage, ground, address, and data lines are different, thus incompatible. PC100 and PC133 - both DDR - use the same pinouts. But DDR2 is not electrically interchangeable with either. I discussed this and updating my printer... (more)

I bought two 512 MB memorys to upgrade an older Compaq notebook. Last week I had bought chips from Best Buy (PNY brand). And try as the Geek Squad and I did we couldn't get the PNY chips to work, we tried 4 new PNY chips. The system wouldn't even show the Compaq splash screen. As a last ditch effort I went to the internet and you guys had the cheapest chips, less than half the price of the PNY chips (69.99 vs 30). SO I ordered 2 or your 512mb chips. They arrive in a couple of days, I installed them and they worked with no problem. I'm impressed! Thanks! (more)

After inital install, unable to connect to usb printer. Vista computer does not see printer server after the first time. Software won't even load after the first connect.

The ordering process went exactly as expected -- no problems. However, I've never been asked to fill out one of these things before -- could do without that.

Very pleased with my purchase, and much cheaper than the national store chains.
