Thank you for shipping my order so quickly. However I would like to see the tracking number (if applicable) on either the online status page or the email you sent out about my order being shipped. I didn't get that information and needed to contact customer service for it which is okay but I would rather have it in one of these locations. Your customer service was very quick in responding to my request for my tracking number. (more)

Did not try product. It was a gift for a shower on June 1. If there is any problem, I will let you know. I was a bit put off by sending in the rebate. It seemed that the product was $30.00 cheaper on the google search. As long as I get my $30. back I'll be happy. Otherwise, it was false advertising. (more)

EDGE Tech had the hard-to-find memory for my out-of-date laptop at an exceptional price. The memory arrived quickly and worked perfectly right out of the box. EDGE Tech has just been added to my short list of PC part vendors.

I have been experiencing a series of crashes on my system since I added the ram. However Windows update also had a recent update that I believe is the problem. I have taken out the Windows update and will let you know if it does not fix the problem, thanks for asking (more)
