I did not realize that this battery was a rechargeable battery. Now I have to look for and purchase a battery charger. I have gone over the site and I still can't find where it says that this a rechargeable battery and it comes to you in a discharged state. I sure it must be buried somewhere in the fine print, but I missed it. (more)

The descripiton of the item, and estimated shipping time were accurate. The price was good. However, Apex would not accept a difference between the billing address and shipping address using Paypal as payment method (which I have never seen before despite having used Paypal many times) without calling them. Calling them was a nightmare. The first time I was put on hold for 25 minutes by someone who answered the phone with "I'm putting you on hold" and then never picked up the phone again. The next day I got an automated message saying that everyone was busy. The day after this I got an answering service saying that everyone was busy and that they couldn't answer the phone. Emails sent to customer service to resolve issue were not acknowledged or responded to. Product not as depicted on web site. Picture shows two batteries with card...company ships one battery only.

Fast shipping!

This was shipped to a business address where 150 people work. There was no ship-to name either outside or inside the box. We are lucky it didn't get lost. I would like to be able to determine the manufacture date of the batteries. Hidden code is bothersome. If the lengthly satisfaction surveys don't stop, I won't buy again. (more)
