Ordered a 36 in range vent hood, received a 30" due to a catalogue error. Called to resolve issues and had to tell the story to 3 people and was then given to a voice mail. Had to make 3 separate calls to find out what the problem was. Was repeatedly told they would call me and never did. I called the next day and was told it shipped out the previously day. According to the tracking I has access to that was a lie. It did not arrive when I was told it would. I waited 6 months for an installer and to cancel due to the wrong item, was assured it would arrive on Thursday so he scheduled for Friday, and again I had to cancel. I was just very confused about a possible rebate for the purchase of two Bosch appliances. I thought I read somewhere that there was a $ 75 rebate from Bosch, but this did not appear to exist. I have not yet seen the appliances but the builders tell me they were received in good order. (more)
