Product worked initially but started acting up immediately. The phone system is substandard, and the customer support terrible, I was referred to Casio, I was told they should have helped me to RMA the product since it was defective.

I bought a camera for my trip & I pd extra for del in 2 to 3 days-I ordered it on 8/29 & recd on 9/8- I bought another camera so I do not need yours. I will return when I get back from my trip. Denise Stolz
