I think the shipping charges were outragous!!!!! 6.95 for a 9.99 very light item. C`mon

I think you should try to make sure that Magellan really has the items in stock before you post on your website that they will arrive in two weeks. It would even be better to not have an ETA and just have the customer contact you with a potential date of arrival. It was just really irritating to call every week or two and have someone say in another two weeks, in another two weeks. I understand that TigerGPS was not well informed because Magellan wasn't keeping them informed, but please try not to say something is available when you really don't know. (more)
