J.C. Penney has a huge selection of merchandise--more than one would expect--and most of it is good quality. Orders are completed and shipped really quickly. I've generally had to wait for less than a week for my order to arrive!

Always shop JCP for home decor (bedding, rugs, etc.) and they have the best price for the shoes my husband needs (even better than Shoebuy.com).

VERY DIFFICULT TO FIND ITEMS. SITE IS NOT USER FRIENDLY. COULD USE A LOT OF CLEANING UP. WOULD PROBABLY NOT SHOP ON LINE. WOULD RATHER SHOP BY PHONE. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO OTHERS AS A PLACE TO SHOP.
