I appreciate the fact that I went to the Live Chat and was able to explain what the laptop was going to be used for. The fact that the person I delt with, Flip was very sensitive to the issues that might effect my mother. This is her new laptop.

I am quite pleased with gateway. I ordered a Dell and they didn't deliver ended up cancelling the order because it was delayed twice. This is the second time this happened to me with Dell.....I will no longer even consider dell as an option.

I sent email to cs. I didn't know this computer didn't include the monitor. I asked if they could recommend one. I received no response. Therefore, it's still in the box, unopened. Haven't decided if I'll return it.

I requested two day shipping, paid TWICE the price and after my order was completed Gateway told me the shipment would arrive ONE day earlier than the normal 5 day shipping. I got ripped off.

Everything was GREAT even got the computer sooner then I expected. Only issue I had was the montior that they included with the computer did not come w/the HD cable nor did it include the adepter to covert the VGA to HD

I still have not recieved the camera bag I ordered & it said it was shipped with the other items but only 3 things came - the printer, card for camera & cables. Please check on this and resend it. Thank you. RObert Gross

The computer died a little over a week after I set it up and I HAD to PAY to ship it back to them. Last time a buy a Gateway.

The date given to me for arrival of my item was July 8th. I didn't get it until July 10th. No big deal, but just wanted to let you know. It was shipped FedEx. Maybe UPS is faster?
