website easy to use, complete order correctly filled, and memory works fine in the machine. I wonder what to do with the 2 old 256mb memory chips

Need to work better on product availability and delivery of the product. At least tocontact people when you have to order a product that would not be available to send on time, it is important to keep customers happy.
