My Memory Modules was shipped on Sept 2nd and I didn't receive them until Sept 18th. I thought that 16 days was to long.I ordered the wrong Memory modules and Right away Sarah D of the Support Dept sent me my RMA number thanks again.

Strangely, I never received shipping or tracking info on this order. I always have in the past. Otherwise another excellent transaction with 4allmemory.

Availability of product and matching the part to computer was great, but the RAM was faulty and crashed my computer. Although I can get a replacement, I am out $70 for the diagnostic and fix it took to bring my computer back to normal.

Order arrived quickly and on time. There were links provided to select the correct product. There were instructions and links to install the product. A phone number was provided for installation assistance if needed.

There was no tracking of my order and when I attempted to use the on-line live support it was unavailable. I did eventually get a response via e-mail from Amy Winkeler who was very knowledgeable and was able to answer my question.
