The guitar I ordered was used and needed more work than I thought was economically reasonable to put into it so I decided to return it. The service from the site was awesome and I would recommend it to anyone.

The only thing that was preventing me from giving you all excellent marks was the fact that I recieved defective merchandise. Everything else was wonderful.

I was not happy with the payment transaction during this process. SDM mix up my cards and charged incorrectly cause additional charges to my personal account, and the hassle of me having to get it all straighten out. No happy at all about that!

i wasnt pleased paying for 2 day air and recieving my purchases a week later. whats the use of pay the extra money to get my stuff quickly, and not recieving them for three days after they were supose to be here

I saved a lot with SDM instead of purchasing from one of the "big name" instrument stores. If they had carried the add on to this product at similiar savings I would have bought it the same day I made this purchase.
