When my regular office supply store went out of business, I needed a reliable source for supplies for my desktop publishing business. Having used HP products for many years, but not having visited their website for some time, I logged on one day and found HP had improved this service a great deal since my last visit. The site is easy to navigate, and pages are quick to load; searching for needed products was very easy.
I would recommend HP's website to everyone seeking fast service, reliable products and overall a good purchasing experience! (more)

the web site was very easy to navigate. I have shopped here on several occasion. Although I selected standard shipping, 5 to 10 days, the hardware arrived in 2 days.

Excellent product! Prints well, fast and makes beautiful color photos. Was leery after reading some reviews about how noisy, but that is only when it first starts up. Printing is quiet (I think), especially when compared to my old Dell AIO 922. Recently bought a Mac Mini and this works great with it. Overall, very pleased with quality. (more)

I would very highly recommend Hp home and office store. They have great prices that I can not find anywhere else and they are pretty easy to use. I tend to forget where to go and sometimes have a little trouble in finding what I need until I saw on the side line all the items that I had purchased the last time I was on there link. I found that extremly helpful in the fact that that was what I wanted to purchase again. I have already told my mother in law about the site and she has bought items from them and I will tell all my friends that need office supplies and have the internet.

Recently I spent several hours on each of 3 consecutive days trying to get a replacement part for my recently purchased all-in-one. The support people simply didn't even try to be helpful, most of them telling me, well things get obsolete fast in this business, and that model, one year old, is already obsolete. No luck. Finally after about 8 different support people, I found one guy who was very helpful. It is a simple part, available at most radio shacks (a 4 line to 2 line phone/fax connection). When I finally got the part, a simple phone cord, it was $20. (more)

More transparency with the final amount (with/without tax) and with the coupons. Also more information on how long batteries last should be given in the website. Very fast shipping.
