I only buy ink cartridges from HP, it arrives within 2 days, the price is competitive and no shipping charges are assessed. Who could ask for more?

My experience in dealing with HP store online was a very good one. I did have a problem when the computer when I got it but they were very quick in taking care of the problem and replacing it.

I was anxious to make my purchase and te sales rep was good - very good. Although I did not have internet service at the time, I asked her what other possible add-ons I might need. She said none and I went ahead and placed my order. When I was able to get back on line and to the HP site, I realized what else I wanted and it was too late to hadd on to my order. YES - it was my own fault I placed my order but the enthusiasm the rep emoted and she said she could not see what else she would add on (I questioned each add-on) I fell into her enthusiasm and placed my order. It WAS my fault because once an order is placed it is final. I wish there was a 12 or 24 hour allowance to change your mind or... (more)

Was very hard to understand the rep. Was speaking very low. Had to ask to speak louder several times. Was not sure of the product I was looking for.

Had item I was looking for. I needed a DVD drive to play HD format DVD's. This one had a combo Blu-Ray/HD DVD player and DVD recorder. Also had free shipping. Web site was easy to naviget with minumal problems. I usually do not recommend anything to amyone regardless if all is good or not. I am just neutral on that. (more)

I ordered an upgrade kit for my HP printer - to wireless. The site did not make a distinction for Vista vs Windows XP. I had to call HP to get a differend CD that would make my purchase compatable with my new laptop. I just ordered the new CD, so I do not know how it will react. Expected delivery date is May 30. I had to pay an additional Fed Ex charge. (more)
