get people in the usa to work customer service or at least make them learn to speak and understand correct English. Also i waited on the phone with customer service for over 3 hours at one point an hour between talking to people just on hold

Where else can you be confident of quality and appropriateness for use in your machine if not the manufacturer? Yes, you will pay more, but you don't have to worry about a substitue damaging your equipment or producing sub-standard product. Also, if anything goes wrong, you can't be blamed for using inappropriate materials. HP has always delivered exactly what they said they would, on the day they it would come and at the price they quoted. (more)

I received a wrong monitor. The problem was rectified, but I could not use the product for aty least a week. I was not happy. But the product does perform well.

I ordered a cable for my scanner from their website. I looked at the options on their website. I placed my order via telephone with a credit card. They told me the price and the shipping options. They then told me the total price with the shipping option I decided on. I agreed to it and within 5 days my purchase arrived. I am very satisfied and will use their website to purchase from them again. (more)
