The case for the laser measuring devise was not properly sewn at the seam where it needs the most strength to open and close. I am disappointed but do not wish to incur the expense of returning the case. It is possibly worth $1 and not worth $4 in shipping it back. (more)

Good product, On time delvery. Price was fair.

One of the tables arrived with damage that was obviously caused in the factory. There was no packaging damage related to the damage suffered to one of the picnic table planks. It was useable, so no return was made, but it was disappointing that one of the planks had to be set in the middle of 3 plannks for the table top to hide it. (more)

My Northern 1" Impact wrench works great!!

I am very satisfied with the selection of products and the price. The product was shipped from the factory, so tracking of shipment was very poor. It took almost 3 weeks to get the shipment and there was no communication during that time. When I called about it (the day before it was delivered) I was unable to get a status. I am very happy with the product and the price I paid. Although I would have prefered to have better shipment traking information, I do not consider this to be a big negative. I am pleased the the purchase. (more)

item very poorly assembled not even close to being square. had to have it machined square.
