One cust rep promised to call me with order status because she could not resolve it while I was on-line....Never called back One cust rep promised to send me a tracking link.... Never did On line tracking should FedEx being notified of shippment on 6/13. Per the customer rep, my order was backordered until 6/18/. (more)

Great customer service and top notch delivery time. My order was exactly the way I ordered it. When I called in to check the status of the order, the girl I spoke with was so friendly and went out of her way to make me feel important as a customer.

Be very careful. First, I ordered online, and said that I was at a business, and they shipped via FedEx Home Delivery. They do not deliver on Mondays. Placed order on 5/13/08. Did not get it until 5/21. Not only that but order had wrong cable. I called them and they said they would send me the right cable, but only via ground. I said that they screwed up the order, so why not send me the correct cable overnight, and they said they could only send it ground. I asked for a supervisor, and she said she was the supervisor. So I cancelled my order, and ordered it from somewher else for more money. I got an RMA and will never do business with Laptops for Less, ever again. (more)

I got the wrong battery. I have a Sony Vaio laptop Model PCG-4E1L. The battery I recieved was PCGA-BP2SA. I hope you can help me with this problem. Thanks,Dave

The battery I bought for laptop was a total brick and would not charge at all. Return process was cumbersome and expensive and I am still waiting on a refund almost 2 months after purchase.

I bought two different models of batteries and had trouble with the more expensive one.I got an RMA # issued and shipped my SONY BPL2C battery. After two weeks i get a different battery shipped. I had called after a week of shipping the Return and the Customer service said that they need to wait for the return and see the product before shipping the replacement. These guys did nothing of that as apparant with the Wrong shipping of a Toshiba Battery and when i called in they squarely blamed me for this and said it is up to me and the matter is closed. I had ordered a HP battery replacement for my laptop model. What I received works all right except that the battery casing is not the right kind (shape), but larger than my laptop, so the battery pack sticks out of my laptop case.
