I have already cmmunicated with Glenn Tanner re difficulties with initial registration of account. Further, I am already getting somewhat irritated with the number of surveys and responses sought. All I wanted to do was buy a pair of shoes.

Seemed to take longer to get my order. Maybe that is a reflection of higher fuel costs. Haven't ckecked my products thoroughly. Will do so today.

A 25% promotional code was not honored so I ordered with a 20% promotional code and asked to be refunded the difference. It took several emails and in the end I was given 5% off the 20% off price, which is not the same as 25% off the price in the first place. The difference was only about $1 in the company's favor, but it irritated me not to have it handled well. (more)

I love my timbuk2 bag!! My bag was shipped quickly and was able to track my bag via their website so I could anticipate my delivery!! Kudos to them!!!

The product was not a new complete bath as advertised. Nowhere on your site did it say that parts usually included in that company's bath would not be included in my purchase! Your packaging was terrible. The box came torn open. I have written to this company and hope that they will supply the missing pieces ASAP. (more)
