I'm new to purchasing online and really was not sure what I was doing. Also,this is my first purchase from Sierra Trading Post. I must say I am very, very impressed. Not only was the product of good quality and exactly what I was looking for, but the shipping service outstanding. I will definitely shop with Sierra Trading Post again. (more)

I sent a suit back because the European sizing of 58 said it was a U.S. 48, but it was actually a size 46 (the other suit and sportscoat were sized 48 and they fit). The return policy of free shipping on replacement order does not apply on Canadian orders, and I was disappointed--other U.S. based internet retail does include Canada in free replacement shipping, eg: Land's End, LL Bean, Coldwater Creek. A fine quality imported men's sweater in large should have been just that. LARGE! The size received was a joke. It was big enough for a midget. You need an INTERNAL Quality Control staff to to pre-examine and pass on such critical issues. In addition I was extremely vocal about the excessive charge of $11.00 to ship ONE sweater which resulted in my receiving a $10. credit for use on a future order. order...which I will never occur. i really appreciate being able to read customer review BEFORE i make a purchase, i appreciate the return label if just in case i order the wrong size, i REALLY REALLY like how Sierra Trading Post informs the customer if a certain product runs big or small to adjust our ordering size. (more)
