When i checked shipping status after several days, website listed item as "not shipped". Item arrived same day.

I purchased from Etronics instead of Newegg because Etronics' price was about $20 cheaper (including shipping) than Newegg's price with free shipping. However, the item did not ship within 24-48 hours, as I was promised. When I queried customer service 5 days later, I was apologized to and told the item would ship that day, but never told why the item was not shipped. The item DID NOT ship that day, and I had to contact customer service again. Finally, after about 7 business days, the item was shipped. I expected Etronics to upgrade the shipping to some sort of express method to make up for all the mistakes. They did not, and I finally received the item 11 days after paying for it. (more)

Item was previously opened and damaged. Appeared to have been put back into stock after returned to etronics. Customer service very pleasant and helpful. Unit will be replaced at no charge after easy return procedure.

I paid to get this thing in three days. I received it after 6 days. I have yet to open it but hope you did not charge me for 3 day delivery.

After placing my order and getting a receipt, I received an e-mail saying one product was not in stock so they cancelled the order, but they didn't specify if the whole order was cancelled or what. Since they don't have a phone contact, I e-mailed inquiring about the order not more than an hour after getting their e-mail. After not getting a response in what I consider a timely manner compared to other companies, I tried their live-chat. A rep said the one product was out of stock but the other would be shipped.
