you might want to consider wrapping smaller boxed items that are shipped in a larger box. the guitar polishing kit came in it's own packaging and when i opened up the larger box with the guitar and case the plastic bottles were scattered in the box due to handling in shipping. nothing was damaged or wet but if the box got thrown around any more i'm confident one of the bottles would have released it's contents. In my last order, I was missing almost all of 12 guitars picks that had fallen out of the container, or were just missing. I phoned and received a credit for the amount paid for the picks. Unfortunately I do not see that amount indicated anywhere within "my account" on the website. It may appear when I process the next order, however there's no way to clarify that amount. (more)
