I love the convenience of pick-up at my local RadioShack and they always seem to know what they're talking about. One gripe...there is no quick way out of that store....their systems are ridiculous. It took 15-20 minutes just to pick up something already delivered and paid for from their on-line store. It's something I've come to expect every time, but doesn't seem necessary for a company specializing in selling technology! (more)

when I got to the store they had the box but were not willing to give me it because it was not on their computer an hour later I was able to leave with it not a way to have it easy for us to get orders and such I'll never ship or order again too much of a pain (more)
