ups screwed up delivery. No fault to the vender other than not being contacted via e-mail or phone regarding my address, e-mailed ups a google map and all was well, delivered 2 days late .

They are a Canon Dealer and I was buying a Canon product. They are located in U.S. and I felt they were trustworthy. The product arrived when they said with all expected parts of the order.

This company has a very large selection of products to choose from, I was quite impressed, this is one of my Pros. One of my Cons is it can get quite confusing getting your account setup,at least for me. Another Pros is the lighting fast shipping speed they have. I would recommend this company, to do business with. (more)

It was not BPAV's fault that my order was late. It was UPS who left my package in a hub for 24h. Rebecca at BPAV was wonderful in straightening out UPS and getting my product to me just in time for me to go on my trip.

Very easy to browse and order. I expidited the order and it was shipped the same day. The only bad thing was sending the order by USPS. USPS is slow! Ortherwise, the service, price, and web site was excellent. Thanks BestPriceAudioVideo.com.
