Not only was the ordering quick and easy, the business processing and delivery were supurb and on-time. To top it all, CompuVest had one of the lowest prices on the internet.

At first I was concerned about the order because the keyboard I received was advertised as NEW and the one I received was not only used but broken in half. But after contacting customer service a replacement keyboard was sent out that day.

CompuVest sent refurbished product, not new as ordered. Product does not conform to specifications. Purchased D-link VoIP product (DVG-1402S), This refurbished product has no VoIP configuration menu in it at all.

I sent an e-mail after opening the shipping package. The unit sent me was either a returned unit or a repaired unit not a new zune as advertised and paid for.
