Ordered Saturday and it shipped Monday. Estimated delivery time read Friday. Friday passed, tracking updated to next business day on Saturday. Never updated again until after I recived the package Tuesday. It was a pain since I recieved my other PC parts Wednesday and Thursday the week before. All worked out at the end and it was I whom picked ground shipping, but it was still irriating with the tracking tell you one day and it arriving 5 days later. Not really zipzoomfly fault, but fedex needs to work on delivery times and updating tracking info when they miss dates. (more)

I was very unhappy with Fed Ex. They did ship in a timely manner however they left the package at the front gate by the driveway. About 70 feet from the front door. The internet said that no answer at the door left at front door. No signature required. The person did not even knock or come to the door. If it was not for the internet I would have not known it was there. $650 is a lot of money to just leave out for anyone. Tom (more)

Good prices, however the shipping costs aren't that great. Often makes their products more expensive than other online retailers, such as newegg.

Overall a decent shopping experience provided you do not need help from an actual person. I found their customer service department to be 'hit or miss'. I would call and get somebody completely rude and unhelpful then call back and get the nicest person. In the end though, after getting the run around for 3 hours I was finally able to get my problem solved. Ease of selection, quick shipping and price were the most positive factors. The customer service and ease of purchase left something to be desired. Will definitely use again, provided I know exactly what I want and have a simple order. (more)
