Two comments. First was a stock issue, but that was cleared up pretty quickly. The second, and this is probably not a ZipZoomfly.com issue, is that the USB product doesn't have much documentation, and the thermaltakeusa.com site is down so I can't find the documentation. Might help in the future to provide some documentation locally? Other than that, everything was great. (more)

Purchased a video card, advertized as new. I was sent either a previously returned item or refurbished item. The packaging was clearly tampered with. I took the precaution of taking pictures as I was opening the item, in order to get some evidence. I sent them an email immediately notifying them of the situation. However, I did not get a single response or apology. I ended up keeping the item since it worked. However, I would never do business with them again based on the other negative feedback I saw, after I had purchased from them. (more)
