I really like buying electronics from Circuit City because I find their site helpful and if I have questions about things afterwards their in house staff is very computer savy. I recently bought a laptop from Office Depot on sale and am sorry I did since I find the Circuit City staff much more helpful. I will return to them in the future. (more)

associates are not courteous. You can wait around for an hour, and no one says"can I help you". One time, Circuit city owed me $99.on a rebate. They used all kinds of excuses not to mail it to me. This is called cheating the customers. It is bad for your reputation. (more)

The site triggered a fraud alert on my credit card and shut it off. I received multiple confirmation emails and was concerned that I would be charged multiple times. I had to email customer support to confirm that I wasn't. Shipping confusion - packages were shipped separately one had a fedex tracking number and the other was sent USPS with no tracking number. Im sorry to tell you I did not received the purchase I made , because I gave the wrong address, I checked with fed ex about this matter and I gave them the right address, now they say they sent it back today to circuit city , please send to me again to my correct address 3809w 79 PL chicago Il 60652. sorry for teh inconvenience, it was my fault . thank you (more)
