I have been a sears customer for many years. I like the online shopping experience. When I am doing "online" shopping, it makes it so much easier for me as I don't have to travel 20-25 minutes to the TC Mall. I like the layout of Sears website. It is very user friendly and easy to navigate. I have no problem recommending my friends to shop Sears online. The only draw back I find is that they do not carry small sizes in petites (size 2 and 4). It makes it a little difficult when trying to find articles of clothing (skirts, tops and pants). this is one of the better stores when shopping for plus size girls clothing. my daughter is very hard to fit and sears is one of the few stores we can shop at for her.

I like shopping with Sears online - great selection, excellent prices, items usually available,no problem with returning items, delivery usually in under a week. I've shopped Sears for many years and have never had a problem. Highly recommended!

I finally found and ordered a replacement part for a craftsman tool. I also ordered the manual that goes with the tool. Shipping was much more expensive than the part or book. The diagrams were hard to see and pin point the number of the part I needed. I had gone to the store and found out they no longer had a parts department. So I went back online and after much searching found what I needed. I am grateful to have found it. I was disappointed at the cost of shipping. The web site gave me a run around to find what I needed. Bottom line I kept on until I got the part and I am sure I will shop many more times at sears. (more)

We went to the Kmart store and used our Sears card to purchase a bike for my husband. They were just wonderful and the price was just perfect.

Shopping with Sears always seems to be a boring experience and customer services is not always the best. I only use Sears when I have to, because of the brands they sale.

not happy with this website and will not go into it again. I will shop in store going forward and this will be easier for me as I like to shop the Kmart stores also and that store has more inexpensive items

This website was not quite as easily navigated as other sites I have browsed. The merchandise I was seeking at a price I was willing to pay just was not available. I would recommend the website to others simply because what did not work for me might very well work for someone else. Sears has a good reputation. (more)
