BOUGHT TIRES SALES PEOPLE WERE VERY HELPFUL AND VERY COURTYOUS

I liked my order and it was exactly what I was looking for,I would purchase products from Sears all the time do to the good quality of their products

Only place I could find light blue shirts for school uniform code. No girls khaki pants available.

Sears is a great store. I would recommend this website to friends.

I ordered everything required to do a bathroom in my basement. Order was placed in February '08 and all items showed in stock. Delivery was mid february with missing items (toilet tank, lavatory faucet). I was told by the delivery people they would follow shortly. Monthly I was called and told the items would take another month, the toilet tank finally arriving at the end of May '08. I phoned customer service about the last item, the faucet for the sink and was told it was discontinued and no longer in stock. However, I already had all of the matching pieces for the tub so needed the faucet. 2 of 3 customer service representatives over a month told me they would find the faucet or accept... (more)

This was an in store purchase of two air conditioners. The sales clerk made an error on the installation code. This meant that a change in delivery date had to be made as well as installation. By the time they finished "correcting" things I had been charged for eight air conditioners. It took a call to coporate headquarters for everything to finally be straightened out and for me to be refunded for the six air conditioners I didn't want and didn't have. (more)
