GREAT PRODUCT AND HAPPY WITH PRICE, BUT ITEM WAS SCHEDULED FOR DELIVERY ON 9/24 AND I DIDN'T RECEIVE IT UNTIL THE 26. OTHERWISE, HAPPY WITH THE PURCHASE.

The one bag was a little bit larger than I expected, but still very nice. Other than that, everything was great. The prices and selection are terrific.

I ordered the bag, then a week later I got an e-mail saying that they didn't have the bag that I ordered but I could have it in a differenct color, which I was not interested in at all!! However, they charged my account the day after I ordered!!! And then said it would be 6-10 business days before I would get a refund for a product that I never received!!! (more)

i received an email about my order being cancelled due to out of stock, then two days later got an email saying that the order was being shipped. when i responded to the email i told the customer service rep i wanted the product but did not feel i should have to pay full price. the rep emailed me back saying he had canceled the order. i immediatly contacted the customer service people and asked them not to cancel the order, told me it was taken care of and the order would be shipped on the 26th as scheduled. on the 26th i pulled up the order to make sure all was good and the order was cancelled. my daughter really wanted the white scatter dot backpak and she cried when i told her what had happened... I was very unhappy with the condition of some of my items, however the item quality itself was superior. One bag had a broken zipper, and one had four stained areas on the interior and exterior (a tote). Even though the items arrived damaged and/or defective, I opted to keep the stained one, hoping to get them out myself, and exchange the one with the defective stuck zipper. Their customer service staff is top notch, and were more than willing to lend a helping hand, more than fixing my issues in a very easy no-muss-no-fuss manner. I really appreciated that, so not only am I going to continue to be a customer despite the unfit inventory I received, I will tell others they should shop there too... (more)

I am very pleased with my purchase of the manuel cover. As a flight attendant space is always a permium when packing for trips. This cover is just what I needed to hold my flight attendant manuel and keep it safe adn contained. Thank you for offering such a good product. I have recommended this item to all of my fellow Flight Attendant at my base adn will order replacement items as I need them. (more)
