I was slightly dissapointed with the bag when I received it. The dimensions of the sleeve that held the actual laptop was made for smaller bags. This information was stated on another page, not where the dimensions of the bag itself were.

I received 2 handbags. On one of them the leather was very limp on one side. The other one was fine, but I decided I wanted it in the other handbag's color. I was informed by customer service that I could not exchange that item for the exact same one in a different color, and that I would have to return it and reorder it. I did reorder it plus one other item. (paying a shipping charge, which I did not have on the original order) I then received an e-mail from customer service stating that they could make an exception for me, and that I could exchange the disputed item for the same one in the desired color (for the price I paid and no shopping charge). My Mary Francis "Rough & Ready" bag is MAGNIFICENT, and it arrived in ONE WEEK, exactly when eBags said it would! I couldn't be more pleased! All this and plus FREE SHIPPING...why would I shop anywhere else? BRAVO, eBags!!
