Negative: I would have liked to had a tracking code to track the order online with UPS, Fedex, USPS, etc. The product shipped later than I expected.

It was the correct battery but the original charger did not work with it so I don't have a way to charge it up.

We were informed by another source that the problem with our camera was the battery, so we ordered one from eBatts. The problem still persists, so it was not the battery and we would like to return it. Does eBatts accept returned batteries?
