Thanks for the products that I ordered. Sorry it took so long to complete the survey as I have been without a decent ISP in our small town/village. I do love the product. I do not wish to return it, unless I were to have a problem with it, which doesnt seem to be an issue. Thanks once again - Love the product (more)

I paid 58.00 on a Friday morning to have the item delivered next day. I recieved the item on Monday not Saturday. It was delivered by UPS who work both Saturday and Sunday. I was told that weekends can not be shipped overnight and that it is clearly printed on the faq page but it is not on the payment page nor does the payment page ask you to read the faq page before continuing. I would not have paid 58.00 to get it delivered next week when I could have had delivery next week for free!!!!!!! (more)

I requested and paid for priority shipping on these. When shipping to APO, unless USPS Priority is used, the shipment will take up to 2 months. The cost of priority vs standard is very minimal, so I'm not sure why that method is used, especially for an APO shipment. I cannot comment on quality as I have not yet received these items. (more)

I need a receipt with the actual amount paid for my tax records. My purchase came with an item receipt but with no price paid information. I emailed them but have not gotten a response.

i am not happy with the dilvery at all.... it was not on time, i paid for two day shipping and i got it around the fourth day... im not happy with it at all.
