Now I just have to figure out how to connect my wireless printer. It is confusing to me. I am not a techie kind of a person at all! So I am getting relatives to make it work or I will call my local laptop store to connect it for me. It is a very cool printer (and it does other things,too. It is not your fault or anyone elses fault that I can't figure out how to make it work. I am of an older generator who has a hard time doing this type of instructions. (more)

I have been dealing with J&R for many years and every transaction has been very easy and painless. Price matching policy keeps them in line with any other reasonable online merchant; items are usually delivered within 3-5 days.

This is one of the best if not the best online shopping experience I have had. Customer service was wonderful. I delt with a customer service rep and they were helpful courteous and friendly. Have already recommended this site.
