Best buy is an excellent provider of items needed, their quality is outstanding as well as their service. The price and quality makes them well worth buying from. We will use them again and recommend to our friends.

I don't doubt that there are many bargains to be found at Best Buy. Their site is designed well, and things are easy to find. But the buyer must be very careful to be sure that items are properly advertised -- ALWAYS check their advertising against other vendors of the same merchandise. My review of BestBuy.com shows an okay buying experience, but with severe dissatisfaction with "product met expectations" and "customer support" as I will now explain. Best place to but ink for printer. Also sometimes have good deals on DVD. Like Rewards Program. If you purchase very much, this can add up to a good savings. Like the store and would probably shop here often

I have found Best Buy prices to be less than others while still maintaining quality. Please keep up the good work,Best Buy.

Bestbuy offered a great comparison tool when searching for a particular product. They had some great online speacials.

It was very annoying that best buy was unable to work with Mythic to get people who ordered a Warhammer online an extension. Other vendors that were more organized than BB were able to get the extenion but people who purcashed through BB got screw

I order the Dynex 7" TV online. The reception was terrible. When I went to the store - they didn't even know it was sold online. I have to buy a $40 antenna for the TV to work.

Overall my experience was great. the items were shipped to me very quickly! the only negative part of the experience was the in-store pick up. it took much longer than the 1 minute promised.
