I like bestbuy.ca because it is quick and easy to use and it offers the option of ordering on line and picking product up at the store. Ordering on line gives special discounts not available in store.

canceled on line item as soon as i learned the product bonus were no longer effective through Best Buy on line " There web page didn't state it. Although other web sites stores offering the bonus with this items were still in affect at that time.TY

I got my laptop. It had a scratch on the inside. I don't know whether I should return it. It bothers me a little but the laptop is great overall so I don't know what to do.

There was an issue with the HP notebook I bought, but with lots of work with the HP advisor, we were able to fix it and avoid a return of the notebook. I hope I have no other issue. On the plus side, the tech support with HP was super.

Online ordering and confirmations received that my order was available and waiting at the local BestBut store was great, however sales rep that checked me out was very curt and less then friendly and it appeared as if my purchase was interrupting her.
