Good buying experience.

Customer service not avilable 24/7. Information about item included with product not available in Quick Reference Guide or online. No other manual located.

Customer service rep was very ****y in his attutude conerning tne delivery time on my order and very quickly described how my credit rating would be affected by the return of the order that I would not be at home to receive. I was able to make my own arrangements with UPS to resolve the delivery issue thereby avoiding a negitive credit report from Avalon Tronix. Will never order again. Bob Bourg (more)

I purchased a gps from your company and I am overall pleased with the product. I have had some trouble locating a satellite but it could be operator error on my part. I will continue learning the product before I call for support.

Still waiting for my GPS

Went searching for the product I wanted both locally and on the web. This company had what I wanted, as well as other options, and the price was great. I received the order in a timely fashion, and it is in perfect shape.

I ordered the product on 7/7/08. I had emailed customer service to make sure I would receive it by 7/19 because it was a gift. I didn't receive it until today 7/21/08.

It took forever to get this product. No way to contact company on the telephone.

Ordered GPS 7/1. Advised that I should receive order 7-10 days. Received info that UPS was given shipping info on 7/2 and that package would be forth comming. Emailed Avalon a number of times the weekk of 7/7 advising that GPS was still not in UPS hands and what was status. No reply to any emails. Got phone numer of Avalon from my credit card statement and called 7/14. The person that answered the phone was not rude but very short with me and my questions. He called UPS to check on my shipment and when he got back to me he advised he was going to send another one out and it arrived via US Postal Service 7/16. (more)

I received the wrong ac adapter for the Garmin Nuvi 350, I want to charge it in my house, at night. The cord does not fit my unit and it has a funny round end with for prongs on it, I have emailed them 4 times and the first time they told me to contact Garmin. Well they are going to charge me for the right cord. I should not have to pay for the correct one, ALLI WANT IS THE RIGHT AC ADAPTER. I would like to speak to someone on the phone but I can't find a number, just email address. PLEASE CAN YOU HELP ME GET THE RIGHT CORD. aLSO A PHONE NUMBER. Thank you.
