Customer service was fine, except for the fact that we were put on hold for eighteen minutes. we eventually hung up. however, the next time we contacted, everything was great!

I ordered the camera with a silver body and received a black body. I was sent the black body and since I need it right away in order to take a class I do not have time to reorder. I am not happy!!!

Very unhappy with the company. I placed order, i was misled with there practices of holding orders to speak with the customer to see if they want to purchase additions items. Then i was laughed at and hung up on by customer service

Nice package. although the double up on the bonus card from 2GB to 4GB, was disappointing. I received two 2GB cards, when I expected a 4GB card. More usable in higher ISO's and low light and action, which is mostly what I do.

The package/kit didn't contain / match what I purchased, and the salesperson called me with false info about the battery and talked me into purchasing an addl battery for $39.00. Is that the normal practice for this company????
