i purchased a spa pump on may 14th and now, 2 weeks later, havent seen a thing in the mail. their website says that its awaiting shipment. cant get a hold of anyone and my emails are ignored.

I bought a Centurion pool motor that was quickly shipped to me. When it arrived, it was clear that the motor was damaged prior to shipment. The shaft was bent and the motor had friction when the shaft turned. When I told these guys about the problem, they sent an RMA for me to ship back the motor at my expense. They claimed that they would send me a new motor when the other was received. Four weeks later, no new motor! Never returned emails. Never returned phone calls. Calls go to a voicemail box and not to a person. I just got an email letting me know of a refund for the motor. We'll see if it actually happened. Bad products, bad service...stay away! (more)
