Compared prices with other vendors. Surveillance-video.com had a very reasonable price. The problem was that they did not stock the item, apparently only order items when they receive an order. Making matters worse they would not provide status until I threatened to cancel the order. They responded by telling us that the item was back ordered. We canceled the order and had to notify our credit card company to be certain they did not attempt to charge us since we doubt their credibility. They wasted our time and we felt deceived as to their presentation/representation of products they have. We looked back on their website and cannot find the product we ordered. (more)

My experience with Surveillance-Video.com was exceptional. Karen Bruno (sales/customer service) was very helpfull and replaced a defective camera the very next day. I will definatly shop with them again on my resort home. I reccomend anyone to give them your business, as i have had an excellent experience. (more)
