Completely dropped the ball on my order. More like they forgot about it. They did offer me a discount after I decided to cancel the order though. Still waiting for the refund. I guess they forgot about that too.

I was intially advised of long shipping times due to not having products in stock, and having to order from manufacturer. Although I still received the lights in about a week and a half, which was not excessive.

Unfortunately, this company doesn't know the meaning of the term "customer service". I hope that your order comes complete, the way it should, because if you have any problems, the only "support" you can get is via email, no phone. I emailed back and forth for over a week before I got a response that was accurate and made sense. And that response was not good. I was sent the wrong fan blades and in order to make an exchange for the proper ones, they wanted me to pay to ship the wrong ones back and pay them 25% of the original cost of the blades for restocking, then they would give me a refund and I could order the right ones!!
