Pros: excellent set of features

Cons: the motherboard heat sink mount is very flakey

Pros: Looks like a good buy, 5.1 channel onboard audio

Cons: motherboard was flaky, making the chip not seat correctly

Pros: So many features -- Almost doesnt need ANY PCI slots.

Cons: VERY touchy about what RAM is used!
