digital rebel xt rocks

Pros: Great picture quality, easy to use, fast image capture, versitile, many great lenses and accessories to choose, better than other cameras I have seen for low light situations.
Cons: Not many, it is a bit pricey when geting lenses but they are well worth it.

Pros: Includes a lot of features that were previously on the more expensive, professional dSLRs. Easy out of the box to use - a newbie can set the camera to fully automatic mode, and treat it like a P&S camera to get those holiday snaps, yet change all the
Cons: Like all digital cameras, battery life isn't GREAT, so get a spare battery or two to have on hand. The XTi (one model above) isn't much more expensive, so you may what to check that out instead?
